I rent out a flat which we used to live in and are considering a tenant who has just moved from abroad (the US). I have checked her employer reference and previous landlord details which are both very positive but want to do a tenant/credit check for piece of mind. The form on the NLA website will not accept non-UK addresses so I cannot complete it.
Does anyone know if there is a site which will allow this or any other method of checking details? I want to ensure that I am not stuck with someone fraudulent or with a record or running up debts.
