I booked a collection with parcel monkey on the 25th, I absolutly needed it to be collected the next day and delivered today so I 'upgraded' to 24 hour courrier and specified collection 26th may, which is confirmed on my emails.
They did not turn up to collect the item and the lady who has the item called HDNL and they said that its being collected 27th and that parcel monkey sent it as '48' hour delivery so because of the bank holiday I won't get it till Tuesday!
So I paid for a 24 hour serice but its turned into 6 days!
I have now booked for DHL to collect the item this morning and deliver tomorrow as I CANNOT wait until Tuesday for it!
I have emailed PM and waiting for a reply but I would like a refund as they did not turn up to collect on the day they said they would and they also booked it 48 hour when I paid for 24!
Now I've read they don't respond to emails, they have no contact telephone number and refuse to refund through paypal!!
