Hi,
I have been waiting to receive payments from my ex-partner, via the csa, for at least 6 months. I regularly contact the csa, at least once/twice a month, for updates as to how my case is proceeding.
Despite them telling me that they have applied for a deductions from earnings order, last month, I have still not received any payments.
I am at my wits end with the whole thing, my son is having to go without essential items or having to make do. Can anyone advise me if there is anything more I can do in order to receive the payments owed by my ex-partner?
