Remortgage With Adverse Credit

I know this might be impossible but I was wondering if any one knew of an mortgage broker whom is good in adverse credit as I need to take my ex-husband name off the mortgage but I have bad adverse credit and I was hoping to do this with out selling the property do you think this is possible

There are adverse lenders but be prepared to pay a much higher interest rate as you will considered a much higher risk.

An independant financial advisor should be able to point you in the right direction.
