Csa not paying me money they have recieved from ex

Rang the csa again about my claim on ex as I haven't recieved anything. Barring the fact that ex isn't paying on the stated dates nor the stated amount ( it's hundreds less) the csa have recieved a payment back in march, which they haven't passed on.

All I'm getting when I ring is "we need to look into it can we call you back"

any advice is very welcome

My pal had similar issues, her ex wasn't paying on time and if he did actually pay, it wasn't the amount he was supposed to, she carried on waiting for the CSA to get their fingers out of their arses and do something more than "review the case" but she finally went to our local MP when it became clear the CSA was going to do fuck all, he sorted it for her (not sure of the exact details) within weeks.

Could you email/ring your MP and see what they say? Hope you get it sorted soon!

sounds like I might have to after talking to the csa over and over again.. There excuse.. They didn't know he had paid that amount????

Sometimes it would be easier for be if he had just dissapeared grrr
