Child trust fund Age 7 payment , not recieved.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
We were due this in Dec 09 and still nothing, despite contacting the fund provider and the the relevent brnifit department.
The benefit people told us they have until 30th April to sort it
All I can say is I'm not holding my breath!!
I just wanted to flag the problem to people as most probably won't realise they have not be allocated the top up as advertised.

Bump- as I find it hard to believe we're the only family not to get this automatic payment.

do they whack it into your account or send you a voucher thingy again?

Its meant to be transferred to your account ,but you would be given notification.
The point is how many of us have not had it and don't check up on it.
The amount could be huge ,when all added up.

i guess when the annual statement comes it would say so - your right though.

ds was 7 in late sep 09. I am almost certain that the £250 was on the last statement I had.
