listed on the policy if they were unable to get payment from the one it was set up with??

Had a mysterious payment of £29 gone out of my credit card this week to Cardguard.

Rang my CC, who gave me the number to ring.

Spoke to Cardguard who informed me it was my H's policy and was he there (ermm no we don't lve together anymore), oh well can you confirm the address............I gave all addresses I've lived at in the last 8yrs.........was none of those.

Refused to speak to me about it at all despite the fact the account it's gone out of is ONLY in my name.

Rang H - he knew nothing about it (and I believe him actually as the bemusement in his voice was prett genuine - he can't fake that).

He's going to ring them (when he gets home.............ie he got laid last night somewhere else ) and find out what's going on.

Only thing he can think of off-hand is that they've tried to take the payment from his credit card, and when unable to do so (as it's been closed) they took payment from another card listed on the policy?

Would they do that??
