My dad has worked for a company for 25 years and last week the company went into Administration.
He has never been out of work in his life so he is very worried (he is 60 years of age). Fortunately he has no morgage and the redundancy money he will receive is only going to last him approx 6 months (its under £12,000).
Can anyone advise what he can claim ? He has no idea and doesnt want to be fobbed off when he goes to job centre?
