switching utilities - any tips

Hello

We're thinking of switching gas/electric through the recommendations on Moneysavingexpert.com. But wondered whether anyone had experience of doing it. It seems too simple to be true - ie, just make a call and it is all done for you, and you save money.

Thanks for any experiences you can share...

It is as easy as it sounds .

You decide who you want to switch to and they do all the sorting out. You will be asked to provide final meter readings and depending on whether you are credit or debit with current supplier will either have to pay a final bill to them or get a rebate from them.
