carers allowence

hi i need some advice ,my dd is 26wks pg and she gets carers allowence does she need to tell them shes pg or wait untill the babys born any advice please

What will happen regarding the caring she does? Is it for someone who lives in her house? If not will she still be able to meet the 30hrs caring requirement?

Will she be receiving SMP or MA at all?

go to carers uk website, they have all the info there. They also have a telephone advice line. Or try local cab, benefits are complicated and you need to get it from the experts!

she lives with me she gets ca for her brother whos 3 not on smp/ma
