Anyone else had a weird phone call?

Have just had a weird call which I sure is a scam. A man claiming to be from a company he called "Claims for you" saying that I was due a refund of around £700 for credit card charges incurred over last 15 years, and for payment of mortgage indemnity thingy for last 6 years. Even as I type this I think I know what the answer is. Thing is this man knew my name, address (only moved here 18 months ago), phone number and claimed to know a lot more of my personal details, none of which he would divulge to me....

Anyway the upshot of it is I will receive some paperwork in next 10 days to sign and return to my bank.....not that I am going to do this, but just wondering if anyone else has had this?
It's worrying that it sounds so plausible and I realise how easily people can be taken in by things like this.

Just ignore it, it's a spam phone call. They may sort this out for you but it will cost you a percentage (approx40%) of any refund. You can do this yourself for free, look at Martin Lewis's web site.
People do this because they don't know how to do it thenselves.
