Western Union - receiving money, help please

MIL has sent us money via Western Union for the first time, for DC's for Xmas. Was supposed to arrive yesterday at the latest but we haven't heard anything.

Any ideas about how we can trace it our end? Have never used Western Union before.

i think ours could (bizarrely) be collected from the local cash converters

Thanks - I had a look at their site and the closest place to us was a computer repair shop - thought a bit bizarre. Unfortunately we don't have a Cash Converters in our city.
