at the end of the tunnel? Well its not a light its a bloody bonfire

Dh just rang, the firm he works for has gone bust His wages have gone in the bank but it seems doubtful he will get the holiday pay he's accrued which is over £1000.

Why why why does this keep happening, surely companies should be made to keep this money separate.

Oh flower Im so sorry to hear that. Is there any other income coming in? Will you be ok for a while?

I have no idea what happens when someone is made redundant re rights, but get yourselves down to CAB asap and find out what help you may be able to get to tide you all over til he gets a new job. They may also be able to advise on the holiday pay.
