Bought a car (test on Tues) and got it insured via moneysupermarket (Quinn) and waited and waited for the cover note to tax the car so I can collect. Rang a week later and they sent another one - which still hasn't arrived. The post office don't accept faxes, the company doesn't email cover notes and the people who have my car need the room mine is taking up. Is there anything I can do? I am pissed off I have paid for provisional price insurance and not been able to use it, let alone practise for my test. Can I demand recorded delivery? Thanks
