I know someone that has a warrant out for their arrest. They have been 'on the run' for a couple of months. This person is not a very nice person at all, they cause trouble everywhere they go.

Not sure what to do, guess I just want someone to make the decision for me!

Yes, they are def a horrible person, to their x partner (not me btw) and also to their children. PLus to anyone they have anything to do with I think.
