My annual statement seems to be telling me that the APR from September 2009 is -.40%?!

What does this mean?? Will I earn money on it now

(I don't really think so, I just ahve no clue what this means!)

DS1's loan (2008 graduate) is currently at 0% and he is mightily annoyed that, as one of the few 2008 graduates in employment, he is having to pay it off monthly.
