we entered into an IVA arrangement 2 mths ago and it is very tight on our budget.
My partner was in an accident 2 years ago and we have just discovered he will be getting a small claim 3k.
We have three children and this money would fix repairs on our home and cloth them, we have been told this has to be declared to the Ip. Is there any way round this, we are not tax evaiding but penniless because of the IVA and any advice would be helpful. his claim will prob arrive in 2 years time
