Are there any credit cards around with an interest free period?

As the title says really! I am starting a small online shop and looking into using a credit card to purchase stock and pay it off as/when I sell stock?

Tesco have a year's interest free (or did a few weeks ago!) Check out www.moneysavingexpert.com for all the latest deals.
