I don't think they exist (sorry) - at least, I've never come across one and I am in the mortgage business. How bad is bad? Are you talking late payments or CCJ's?

3 CCJ'S - DO YOU KNOW OF ANY THAT REQUIRE A SMALL DEPOSIT???

we got a 100%mortgage with northern rock. BUt I am not sure about the credit issue.

Northern Rock will not consider CCJ's - you need a lender like igroup but you will pay through the nose. I would suggest you speak to an independent mortgage adviser (I would help, but am currently on maternity leave so don't have access to up-to-date rates etc. at the moment).

Might be as well to go through a specialist broker. We had to take this route a few years ago as we were in the same situation. We ended up with a mortgage that did cost us slightly more than other mortgages, but is now extremely low. We are paying less than anyone else we know for similar mortgages.
