Hi, my mums about to rent her room out to a student but does not really know how to write the contract to give to them.
Does anyone have any tips or maybe someone could email my mum a copy of theirs {[email protected]} or any points that we might have not thought of???
Someone said to put under rules is what to do with girls monthly products. Would not have though of that one.
