Changing name on certificates

A quick question, does anyone know if you can change your name on educational certificates such as degrees. I have got my shortened name on my degree certificate, for example Katherine to Kate and I would like my full name (strange I know, but I have my reasons!)

Can I get a new copy with my full name on?
