Can anyone offer any help please am so stressed out.

We agreed the sale of our house mid April and we found our house and put an offer in, we were expecting to move next week.

Got a call from our estate agents to say that our buyers were going to another building society as Abbey have refused their morgage. Something about them being piece workers.

They had survey done and everything am so dissapointed and now worried.

Does anyone think they will actually get a morgage.

yes, i am sure they will. they could do with seeing an IFA or mortgage advisor to help get one asap though

Hi thanks for replying. What is an IFA? The estate agents selling our house have a finacial advisor who is trying to get them a new morgage through Nationwide.

Hate being in limbo

an independent financial advisor.

we used a mortgage advisor through a local estatge agent and he was really helpful when we were buying. we had probs getting enough money and he found us a great deal.
