My BIL is in prison for importing a class A drug. He comes to the end of his sentance tomorrow and as he is a foreign national he has been issued with a deportation notice. He will request an appeal for deportation and apply for bail. His solicitor thinks he has a very good chance of bail. How long will this take to process? How long will it take to decide if they will give him an appeal?

ST I have never asked for or expected sympathy...and I really did not understand what M meant (thought she was pointing out a typo!)...I asked her to clarify..she did not come back...but you have now so.."Thank you for clarifying what M meant". And also "Thank you for pointing me in the direction of some great online resources." You have been very helpful.

Lulumama thank you for having the intelligence to seeing the broader picture
