Oh wel, what a surprise, the Ombudsman has ruled in favour of Prudential! like I didn't know that would happen

Apparently they didn't mishandle the cashing in of our endowment which we started the process for in August 2008, and were told it would take 7 days and got the money in November 2008!
and there wasn't, in the Ombudsmans opinion, an unacceptable delay!WTF

and while I'm at it, why don't these people (ie the Ombudsman) word things in such a way that people can understand them
