Civil Issue. Long story short. Building company did work at house. They didn't install the correct number of lights. They have admitted they got it wrong (after I showed their solicitor their own notes). Their defence is that I should have pointed out? We were in North Wales at the time.
They have now issued County Court summons which I am defending.
However, when can I ask for the matter to be struck out as it's such a waste of court time?
