employment question - what do I do, off work sick and don't get sick pay?

am I entitled to anything money wise? have been off 1 week and have no pay.

I don't have a contract but am paid weekly into bank acc. by DD

am permanent employee

Don't you get SSP if you're off more more than a week?

you should be getting SSP if you qualify.

If you don't qualify then your employer should give you a SSP1 form for you to give to DWP to support a claim for ESA
