Help with employment rights please

Hi, i am due to return to my fulltime job later on this year after a maternity break. I really want to go back part time but i am still on probabtion and will be for the first four months. If i was already a permanent employee i know i would have the right to request flexible working hours, so does anyone know if i still have that right while im on probabtion??

i was offered the job while i was pregnant so i only actually worked for them for 6 weeks before i went on maternity leave.

You should still have the right to ask for flexible working once you have over 26 weeks service.
