My rather incompetent employer paid my salary from April 08 to July 08 when I left to have a baby. I wasa then paid SMP for 9 months.

My p60 reflects my smp but not the pay. i have called my emplyer and every time they just say that they will get back to me. is there anything i can do?

You can use your gross pay from your last payslip in 2008-9 on the form - quote from the HMRC notes - "You can find out what you've earned from your P45 or P60 or your final payslip."
