I have an interview today. It's for a job in a different company within the group of companies that I currently work.
I am on a four day week in my current role, negotiated after a return from maternity I have just got through my 6 months trial and had my contract permanently changed.
The new post is being advertised as full time but do I have anything beyond an entitlement to ask them to consider me for the new job on a four day basis?
