does anyone know if I can pass my personal allowance to my dh as i'm not earning and haven't done in 2 years?

also are there any other tax benefits?

...no, you cannot I'm afraid.

This was possible years ago, in the time of Kipper ties, Abigail's Party and Mike Yarwood on the tele.

.....However those sort of adjustments have been replaced by the Tax Credits malarkey sadly!

All you can do is put any savings into your name so you don't have to pay tax on any interest.
