Publishing contracts - advice needed

DH is working with a publisher that wishes to launch a website that he has proposed. Discussions have been underway for some time and it is likely that contracts will be exchanged soon. We need legal advice but do not know where to obtain it.

Has anyone been in a similar position and, if so, where did you go for advice?

Anyone with any experience/advice around this evening? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you might want to reword your title - when I read this I assumed you meant you were publishing a book which is a bit different.

If you put in the in the title that it's regarding a website you might get more knowledgable people along - there are several MNers who work on websites who might know someone. Good luck!
