DS1 CTF voucher was invested for us as we were late sorting it out. I can find NO paperwork bar an original reminder notice so I have his ref no. How would I go about finding his provider? Thanks!

Eventually they will send some paperwork through - it may take several months after the date when you could have made the investment choice yourself.
