If there was just me and dd, rent was around £500 a month, i got £200 a week wages and £200 a week tc (but most of this to pay for childcare). Anyone know if i would be entitled

Partly depends what the local rent for a 2 bed place might be, if you have savings and any other sources of income. £200 tax credit sounds pretty generous.

you can go to the LHA website to see what the current rate for your area is.

What you would actually get I don't know - but you could have a look at \link{www.entitledto.co.uk} to give you an idea as to how much you'd get (although obviously it doesn't work with the LHA figues - but I guess you could play around with the figures putting higher and lower income/tc figures in to see what sort of % your income works out at)
