Property Tax thingy...

Cannot remember the name for it but when you buy a house over a certain llimit there is a tax payment thingy - whats the level anyone and how much is it % wise?

It's call stamp duty, I can't remember the thresholds but I'll have a google for you.

I thought it was bad here, but we are looking at moving back to Ireland and stamp duty goes up to 9% over there.
