non existant sainsburys cust service

Surely it s a matter of time before SAINSBURYS LOOSE CUSTOM due to thier poor sevice lies and non existant customer service.

Don t think i can type war and peace before i go bed. long story cut short i ordered gds off line, [baby products] which were half price and booked delivery. went thro basket to pay but noticed gds were at full price, rand cust services to ask why, and was re assured disc price would come off card " are you sure i asked" yes she re plied. needless to say gds come thro at full price. made phone call told card would be re funded."are you sure" i asked "yes 2 they re plied. 6 hone calls later , no re fund and gds taken into back to my local store for full refund
