I put this in chat but thought it might be better here. Thanks for any help.

I ordered bunkbeds and a wardrobe on 17th Jan.

Was telephoned 24th Jan to say they would both be delivered on 4th Feb. The wardrobe came but not the bunkbeds. I contacted the helpline and was told they would be delivered separately.

I am heavily pg and need to move the two DS's in together and want to get it all out of the way before DD arrives so they are settled. So, we took DS1's bed down the night before the bed should have been arrived, so that we could fit the new one in the next day.

Was told on 6th Feb that they had been dispatched that day. They did not arrive after a week so I called again and was told they were in transit and would be delivered shortly.

I called again to say it hadn't arrived. Received a letter today saying sorry the WARDROBE! hasn't arrived, but it has been signed for and could I send a passport with signature of everyone who lives at the address!!!!

I just called them again and they said the bunkbeds have been returned! No explanation why but if I hadn't called I would never have received them anyway! They think they must have been damaged in transit!! The earliest they can get them here is 17th March.

I told them to forget it but I am fuming!

Who can I complain to?

Complain to them about your poor customer service.

Have they returned your refund yet?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Haven't had a statement from them yet so not sure about that.

Problem is I Can't find anyone to complain to. Have emailed them and had automated service. When I called they wouldn't put me onto anyone else.

Just feel really stressed as now I've got to go and try and get bunkbeds by the weekend which I know isn't a massive deal but I'm so pregnant I can hardly walk, need to move DS2 in with DS1 and then prepare for new baby and this is the only weekend we have to do it

I've found their registered Head Office address - they should have a department for written complaints so I would put it in writing if you want to pursue this further.

The address is:

Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Group, 1st Floor, Skyways House, Speke L70 1AB.

Had a job to find that address, surprisingly hard!

wow thank you - I will definitely take it further, just to stop my head steaming
