Has anyone ever ordered anything from bebe amor? Am worried.....

I ordered a buggy from www.bebeamor.co.uk and have since found a thread on moneysavingexpert full of people saying that they have been waiting weeks for their orders.

A very few people have said they've actually received their orders but most people seem to have cancelled and be struggling to get refunds.

They promised it would be delivered today, after delaying the date once, and still nothing.

Has anyone ever had an order from them? Have I lost my money ?

Paid on a debit card so no credit card protection, can't believe I was so dumb.

I too order a car seat from them on 19th Jan - was told it was a 2 week delivery. Rung after 2 weeks and after much struggle to get thorugh was told it would be another week.
Cue much snow and I have never been able to get though to them again via telephone. I have e.mailed every day to no avail.

I also paid by debit card (why was I so stupid? I work in a bank for feck's sack!)
My bank has advised trading standards and consumer direct plus send them a letter by recorded delivery cancelling the order due to non-delivery.

I have sent them one last e.mail detailing what I will be doing but not holding my breath.....

I have finally receiced a reply to my last e.mail today stating if they have h full order number, amount and date they will process the refund.

I am not holding my breath but this does seem to be off the back of threatening trading standards. I am sending a letter tomorrow by recoreded delivery to back up my request.

The Money saving expert thread now comes above their own web-site on google such is he volume of hits!!!
