Sorry - did post this before, but wanted to see if anyone has actually had dealings with them when pourchasing tickets
Guess I am just trying to establish if they are reputable or not.
Thanks for any input.

I don't know them tbh. I wouldn't have thought they were reputable, purely based on the fact there is no contact phone number or address, only an email address.

Why not send them a quick email asking for their credentials?

Hi - Good point.
I did mail them 3 times and wrote to them with no response...
Isn't looking good is it ? Any ideas how I go about compaining & to whom ?

If you have paid by credit card, get in touch with your credit card company ASAP and put in a formal dispute but I've just seen from another thread that it looks like you paid on a debit card. Not sure about who to complain to though i would start with the RFU. They take this sort of thing fairly seriously I think because of the reputational damage to the game. I would imagine that that would be a good place to start.

I had a similar nightmare with a 6 Nations match a couple of years ago and it seems like all sorts of very unscrupulous internet ticket providers pop up at this time of the year.

Good luck and hope you get the tickets or your money back.
