can anyone tell me the laws on selling food and alcohol online..selling gift hampers

You have to take 'reasonable care' to prevent minors buying alcohol. Mostly people do this by making them tick a box to say 'I am over 18'.

When you say the laws on selling food - do you mean producing the food or just packaging it up. If you are producing you need a food hygiene cert which you get after a short course and the local council will want to see your premises. Best thing is to ring them and ask.
