Child Trust Funds - any suggestions?

My dad thinks setting up a CTF is a good idea, especially as it's a free £250 and the stockmarket is low so it's good time to buy stocks and shares. However, I'm stuck as to where I should start one. Has anyone got any suggestions as to which bank/account I should go with? I'd quite like something ecologically sound. Cheers

Yes, got the voucher. It's just sat doing nothing and I'd like to put it into a good account, it's just a matter of where.....
