The estate agents who are doing a crap job at selling our house have taken it off the market without telling us!

No wonder we cant bloody sell the house if it is not for sale.

They have just phoned to say they have taken it off the market because we have not paid for our HIP which we did when we put it on the market with a previous estate agent back in June. When we moved estate agent we moved the pack and they said everything was fine. We moved estate agent in Juy I think and they apparantly have just noticed that we "did" not pay for the HIP when I know that we did and gave the previous estate agents the cheque to give to a solicitor. The cheque was cashed.

if you can prove that then surely they've not got a leg to stand on, they sound like a pile of shit to me, is it leaders, they are notriously shit?

Have spoken to original estate agents and they sent the HIP back to the solicitor rather than on to the new estate agent. Our new estate agent for some reason waited until December without having a HIP and then without telling us they just took it off the market.

Apparantly it is being sorted now.
