Is there anywhere out there that still does 90-95% mortgages?

95% is much more difficult to find...

also bear in mind that valuers are valueing quite low at the moment

Try a broker such as London and Country. But expect to pay a higher rate for borrowing a higher percentage.

still no joy-few 1000 short of 10% deposit if we sell our house at price estate agent suggested and cant find 95% mortgage anywhere. and the house we have seen to buy is so cheap at mo!! ahhhhhhh
