if its a credit card the credit card will be insured and will cover it for you when proof of bankruptcy is provided.
if it's a debit card you will prob not be covered.

i used to work for a wedding dress company adn this happened to one we knew of, the girls who had paid with credit cards got their money back. debit cards weren't covered.

You need to lodge your claim with the administrators as a creditor but may well be towards the end of a longish queue. If you are lucky they may be able to supply if it is still in stock somewhere, if not you may or may not see your all or any of money again. Sorry.

thanks for your replies. It was a debit card. Have posted this on another thread-whats the best way to contact the Administrators?

If your bed is in their warehouse and labelled ready for despatch you might well still get it, but unfortunately I wouldn't hold your breath. Your best bet is to contact the Administrator with the details fo your order.

thanks for that- going to call them tomorrow.
