Cannot find paper part of licence. Police station said it will have to go to court. What will happen - will I get a fine?
Cannot find MOT - they have said I must produce it today. What can I do.

Talk to the Garage that did your MOT. However, if the DVLA can find out if your car has a valid MOT (for car tax purposes), why can't the police? As for the paper part of your licence, contact the DVLA.

Managed to get one from garage.
Ordered new licence on line and it states it is not a criminal offence to drive without a copy - so hopefully going to court will be a procedure.
What a waste of time for the courts though.
Nevermind.
Thank you.
