. I want to write a letter to lloyds to ask for compensation for the amount of time spent on the hpone to them, and for the fact that I was often given the wrong info and they didn't send everything off on time. Also for the stress and sleepless night this has caused me

I have started a complaint agisnt Prudential with teh FO, but aam writing first off to lloyds, if I get no response then the FO will get involved again.
was wondering though when you first wrote your complaint letter did you ask for compensation then? or later? Did you specify an amount?
