my mum and dad have just got back from a break in Prague and checked with the travel agent before booking the holiday if Prague was in the EU, they said yes. Prague was made part of the EU in may last year, as they were told this was correct they brought back well below the 3200 cigarette allowance, but got them confiscated when they got back to UK, and have been told that they can appeal, but i just dont get this! if Prague is in the EU then surely the cigarette allowance is 3200? can any one give any advice on this?
