We are renting. Landlady normally takes forever to get things done. Had leaking shower from March and still waiting for repair to be done. Anyway washing machine has broken. Stopped spinning and now won't even fill. Been ringing landlady since Saturday, left messages but no reply. What on earth do I do now? 2 dc and 38 weeks pg.
