Bloody credit crunch... It's not bloody crunching me it's devouring me whole!!!! ARGH!

Okay yeah crap title but hey ho LOL.

Yeah am in a teensy tiny bit of debt at the moment and don't want it to get worse.

Anyone reccommend anything? Have far too many DD's coming out every month but most are contracts can I get out of them?

seek some debt counselling from CAB. see what contracts you can give notice on and what can be cancelled and reduce any variable outgoings if you can.. i.e food shopping bills.

what sort of contracts? gym's wont bother if you cancel your dd. mobile phones and sky tv etc allow you to switch to cheaper packages after 3 months of being with them.

if they are store cards and the like try transfering the debts to an interest free credit card. tesco have a good deal on theirs at the moment.
