do I count london weighting allowance as income for tax credits?

when giving tax credit my income do I tell them the amount with london weighting allowance incuded or not?

you include ALL of your gross income, London weighted or not.

tax credits do not give any extra or less depending on the region in which you live, they are based on your earnings from the previous fiscal year and your childcare expenses.

if you are PAYE then use your last P60 to report your total gross income from earnings.

thanks expat I thought so, but I start on monday so havent got p60 for this year obv, and need to let them know new income so can get right money.
