Think it depends on which tax year your baby was born (ie from Sept 02 to March 03, April 03-March 04, March 04 onwards). DS has had his letter from the Inland Revenue saying that if he hasn't had his voucher in two weeks to let them know (can't remember when he got it though )

got mine £278 quid thought it was meant to be £250- but nt complaining!

If your child was born a while ago then you get an interest component as well as the £250 will be awarded from birth for children now.
